Vimal has a professional experience of 14 years working his way up to a Pastry chef.
Having started his career with Taj group of hotels has helped in creating his foundation in this industry. His journey through the culinary world has helped in molding his skills in various aspects of pastry art, from creating contemporary desserts to chocolate centerpieces.

Representing UAE as a semifinalist in 2019 for an International Chocolate Competition in Paris by Valrhona, one of the leading producers of gastronomic chocolates in the world, helped in opening doors for him to their factory and training on industrial manufacturing of chocolate making.

Having won the pastry championship 2018 in UAE gave him an opportunity to attend seminar and training on chocolates from one of the world’s leading chocolate makers – Felchlin, Schwyz- Switzerland

He specializes in novelty cakes, contemporary style of dessert making, chocolate works.
