Mahendra Rudy Thulung is an Indian born to Nepalese parents and a resident of East India West Bengal, Darjeeling. His interest started at the age of 19 and his passion continued to develop while he was working with reputed Indian airline jet airways to know more about five-star food culinary cultures.
Then he left the airline in 2015 and open his own restaurant called DALLAY. The trinity of Bhutan, Nepal, and Tibet in Chennai.
Since then he is been the head chef of his restaurant till date, then in 2019 he got an opportunity to be a participant in Master Chef India and performed till Top7. Since then he has been working on his culinary skills and practicing on his art on food.
